摘要【摘要（也就是本论文范文的全文综述）】本文通过对已有国际贸易与环境问题学说的分析，结合废物贸易的发展与现状以及相关国际与国内法规，对废物贸易与环境问题进行初步探究。再以废物贸易对中国环境与经济利益影响的分析，其中分析并总结了各种环境问题假说，同时以废物贸易对贸易双方的影响为理论依据，利用了数学理论模型，得出了废物贸易与环境问题的一些结论：贸易条件的适当改变将有助于环境的改善，各个国家可以通过国际合作来解决废物贸易与环境问题；再通过中国废物贸易对环境影响的实证检验，建立面板数据，利用软件数据分析，研究废物贸易与环境问题间的关系。通过理论与实证模型分析，得出结论，对中国处理废物贸易与环境问题提出建议与对策。【关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）】国际贸易；废物贸易；环境问题。Studies about the Problems of the Waste Trade and the Environment in ChinaAbstract【ABSTRACT】Based on the existing theory of international trade and environmental issues analysis and combined with the development and current situation of waste trade and the international and domestic laws and regulations, this paper studies the preliminary level of the problems of the waste trade and the environment. Then, firstly by the analysis of the impact which the waste trade acts on China’s environment and economic interests, summarizing the hypothesis of the environmental issues, using a mathematical model, we can draw some conclusions: appropriate changes of the terms of trade will help to improve the environment. With international co-operation, nations will make contributions to solve the problems between the waste trade and the environment. Secondly, by the analysis of the impact of china’s waste trade on the environment, and built the panel datum and used software to get some conclusions. Through the theoretical and empirical model, this paper gives some suggestions to China about how to deal with the problems of the waste trade and the environment,【KEYWORDS】international trade；waste trade；environmental problems.
