基于自主创新导向的企业人才激励机制研究

【内容摘要】

增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家是我国经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然要求。建立健全企业自主创新体系是我国增强自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的基本战略。企业作为以盈利为目的的经济组织,具有通过自主创新实现利润最大化的内在推动力;在市场经济条件下以及经济国际化的大环境中,企业始终面临着竞争的压力,不搞创新,企业就难以生存,更谈不上发展,企业具有重视创新的外在压力。如何更有效的进行创新,是摆在企业面前的一项重大的课题。要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,就要重视对员工创新行为的激励,根据实际情况,综合运用多种激励机制,把激励的手段和目的结合起来,改变思维模式,真正建立起以自主创新为导向的企业人才激励机制。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】 自主创新人才激励激励机制

Abstract

The Ability of independent innovation and building innovation-oriented country in China to a certain stage of economic and social development is necessary requirement. Establish and improve China's independent innovation system is the ability of independent innovation and building an innovative country's basic strategy.
Business as a for-profit economic organizations, have through the innovation inherent drive to maximize profits; in market economy and economic international environment, the company has always faced the pressure of competition, not to engage in innovation, enterprise difficult to survive, let alone the development of innovative enterprises with emphasis on external pressure. How to innovate more effectively, is placed in front of a major business issue. To the intense competition in an invincible position, we must attach importance to encourage innovative behavior of employees, according to the actual situation, comprehensive use of various incentives to encourage the means and ends together, to change the mindset to really set up adapt to business characteristics. Truly establish the independent innovation-oriented talent incentive mechanism.
