基于文化差异的企业跨文化管理策略研究——以广州标致和上海大众为例跨文化管理在经济全球一体化的今天备受关注,跨文化管理就是在跨国经营中,对不同的种族、不同的文化类型、不同的文化发展阶段的子公司所在国的文化采取包容的管理方法。跨国企业在他国受到不同文化的冲击,随着跨国经营活动规模和范围的不断扩大,企业文化差异与冲突日益明显。文化差异对跨国经营管理有着双重影响,它既能成为跨国经营管理的推动力,也能成为跨国经营管理的阻抗力,因此对于文化差异的管理成为跨文化管理的核心。面对各种文化差异, 跨国企业必须掌握跨文化管理的方法和技巧,分析原因,规避文化冲突,达成不同文化的交融并最终实现和谐管理,从而创造出国际竞争优势。 【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】文化差异 文化冲突 跨文化管理 文化融合


Abstract
With the development of the globalization Cross-cultural management  has concerned very much, cross-cultural management is in the cross-border operations, on different races, different cultural types, different stages of cultural development in the country's culture, a subsidiary of the management to take an inclusive approach . By multinational corporations in other countries the impact of different cultures, with the size and scope of transnational business activities continues to expand, cultural differences and conflict become increasingly apparent. Cultural differences on international business management has a dual effect, not only became the driving force of transnational management but also become a transnational management of the resistance force, therefore the management of cultural differences became the core of cross-cultural management. Face to cultural differences, multinational corporations must have master the cross-cultural management ‘s methods and techniques, analyze the causes and avoid cultural conflict, to reach different cultures fusion and ultimately to achieve a harmonious blend of management, thereby creating an international competitive advantage.
