我国高技术企业知识型员工激励机制研究

当今世界已进入以知识为主导的新经济时代,知识型员工已成为企业创造价值最重要的驱动力量。但是,近年来许多高技术企业面临着知识型员工管理的严峻挑战。因此,如何对知识型员工进行有效的激励管理,使他们的潜能得到充分的发挥,成为当代高技术企业员工激励制度的一个重要问题。本文从高技术企业、知识型员工的内涵出发,结合激励理论,针对我国高技术企业知识型员工激励现状所存在的问题,提出完善我国高技术企业知识型员工激励机制的建议。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】 高技术企业 知识型员工 激励机制


Abstract
Nowadays, the world has entered a new knowledge-driven economic era. Knowledge workers have become the most important driving-force for the enterprises to create value. However, in recent years, many high-tech knowledge-based enterprises are facing new challenges in effectively managing staff. How to effectively stimulate knowledge staff and make their potential abilities fully showed up has become an important question to the staff motivating system of high-tech enterprises. In view of the high-tech enterprise knowledge workers motivating problems at present, the author put forward some suggestions in this paper based on the contents of high-tech enterprises, knowledge workers, and the staff motivating theory in order to improve the staff motivating system of high-tech enterprises in our country.
