我国企业国际化经营中跨文化管理问题研究

【内容摘要】

21世纪是公司全球化的世纪。中国加入了WTO之后,势必也要在国际市场上占有一席之位。伴随着中国对外投资活动的快速增长,中国很多名企也将自己的经营范围扩展到国际。但是自从海尔收购美泰克的失败,中集集团收购荷兰博格工业公司遭遇反垄断壁垒,华为在国际市场上的屡屡受挫等。无不隐含着我国跨国企业跨文化管理中的文化差异对企业经营的影响,中国海外企业跨文化管理面临的巨大挑战。本文正是通过对我国企业国际化经营中的跨文化管理问题进行研究,分析我国企业国际化经营现状,遵循的原则以及存在的主要问题。提出建议性策略,促进我国企业国际化经营的发展。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】我国跨国企业国际化经营跨文化管理文化差异


Abstract
The 21st century is the century of corporate globalization. China's accession to the WTO, will certainly occupy in the international market have a seat. With China's rapid growth of foreign investment activities, many famous enterprises in China will extend its business to international. However, since the failure of Haier acquired Maytag, CIMC acquired Helanboge face antitrust barriers to industrial companies, Huawei in the international market, such as repeatedly frustrated. MNCs in China are all implicit in cross-cultural management and cultural differences on business impact, cross-cultural management of foreign enterprises in China faced enormous challenges. This article is based on Chinese enterprises operating in the international cross-cultural management research, analysis of the corporate status of international operations, the principles and main problems. Proposal strategy and the promotion of international management development.
