基于跨文化管理视角的中美企业文化比较及启示

【内容摘要】

跨文化管理就是研究如何管理不同文化背景下的人员组成的企业。在经济全球化浪潮席卷世界各地以及跨国公司与合资企业迅猛发展的今天,跨文化管理问题逐渐受到人们重视,已成为管理发展的新趋势和前沿。本文是对中美企业的跨文化管理和中美企业文化不同进行分析。先是借助于霍夫斯泰德国家理论模型,剖析中美文化的差异。随后在企业价值观、经营管理理念、个人主义与集体主义、组织沟通和制度文化五个方面上对中美两国企业文化进行比较。又通过案例分析,思考并提出了三点跨文化管理实施时应注意的问题,进而探索如何能更好的实施跨文化管理。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】 跨文化管理 文化差异 企业文化

Abstract
Cross-cultural management is to study how to manage the different cultures in the context of the corporate staff. In the wave of economic globalization and the rapid development of a joint venture and transnational corporations today, cross-cultural management has attention gradually and become a new trend in management development and cutting-edge.
This article analyzes Sino-US cross-cultural management and the enterprise of Sino-US different corporate culture. First, through Hofstede’s countries theoretical models, we analyses Sino-US cultural differences. Then in five areas of the corporate values, management philosophy, individualism and collectivism, the system of communication and cultural organizations, we compare corporate culture of China and the United States. Through case studies, thinking and comments three points that cross-cultural management should pay attention to of the implementation process, then explore better ways to the implementation of cross-cultural management.
