新时代的基本特征新时代的基本特征就是创新。经济全球化一体化使我国中小企业创新成为经济增长最重要的动力。但由于我国中小企业起步低，自身技术创新能力弱，加上国家整体经济技术发展水平不高，人们对中小企业技术创新重要性的认识严重不足。技术创新能力低下日益成为制约我国中小企业发展的瓶颈。本文通过对广东省中小企业技术创新能力现状进行深入的分析，提出了提升广东省中小企业技术创新能力的相应对策，以期能为其他省份中小企业技术创新提供借鉴和参考，对促进我国经济的发展具有一定的现实意义。
Abstract
The basic feature of the new era is the innovation. Economic globalization and integration turns the innovation of small and medium enterprises into the most important economic growth momentum in our country. However, due to the low start level and low capacity for independent technological innovation of the small and medium enterprises, coupled with the low level of the country's overall economic and technological development, the awareness of the importance of technological innovation is seriously inadequate. The inability of scientific and technological innovation is increasingly becoming the bottleneck of the SME development. This paper studies on the capacity for technological innovation of the SME in Guangdong Province and proposes reasonable countermeasure to its status quo, in order to hoist the capacity for technological innovation of the SME in Guangdong Province and make contribution to promote the economic development of our country.
