提高我国中小企业核心竞争力的对策研究

中小企业是市场经济的重要组成部分,是我国经济中富有活力的新的增长点,随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,我国中小企业欲在经济全球化大潮中立于不败之地,最有效也是最关键的一点,就是提升企业的核心竞争力。本文针对我国中小企业核心竞争力的现状,从企业内外部两方面,提出了有效地提升策略,即制定科学的战略规划、塑造有特色的企业文化、提高企业创新能力、建立学习型组织、加强品牌管理、借助产业集群等相关策略,从而使中小企业在市场竞争中取得胜利。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】中小企业核心竞争力创新企业文化学习型组织
Abstract
   medium and small enterprises is an important component of market economy, as well as a new growth point of China's economy, with the integration process of global economy to speed up, competition among enterprises is more stiff, the most effective and crucial point to make China’s medium and small enterprises stand in an invincible position in the economic globalization tide is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, we analyzed the situation of the core competitiveness of China's medium and small enterprises, and put forward a strategy to enhance the competitiveness from both internal and external business, that is strategic planning, shaping the unique corporate culture, enhancing their innovation capability, the establishment of the Learning Organization, strengthening the brand management, the adoption of industrial clusters to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and so on, so that medium and small enterprises will win in the market competition.
