中小企业已经成为我国经济增长的重要力量和经济发展的重要支柱，是经济生活中最积极、最活跃的因素，对于繁荣经济，促进高科技发展，推动整个社会的自主创新等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。但是这些中小企业大多属于高消耗低附加值的制造业，且一直徘徊于低端市场，处于价值链的下游；在技术选择上集中于跟踪模仿或技术引进，而忽视自主创新能力的培养与提高。所以，通过研究中小企业的自主创新的障碍，找出一条能力提升途径，对中小企业的发展具有重要意义。本文主要以如何提高中小企业自主创新能力为研究目标，深入探讨目前中小企业自主创新的现状特点和存在的主要问题，并在此基础上提出了提高中小企业自主创新能力的对策。【关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）】中小企业 技术创新 自主创新
Abstract
SMEs have become an important force for economic growth and an important pillar of economic development is the most active economic life,the most active factor, for the prosperity of the economy, promoting high-tech development, and promote independent innovation of society as a whole,such as play an irreplaceable role.But these are all small and medium-sized high consumption of low value-added manufacturing,and has hovered in the low-end market, in the lower reaches of the value chain; in the technology of choice focused on the introduction of tracking technology to imitate or to the neglect of the ability of independent innovation and enhance it.Therefore, through the research of independent innovation of small and medium-sized obstacles,ability to find a way to the development of small and medium enterprises of great significance. In this paper,to how to improve independent innovation capacity of small and medium-sized research to study the current status of small and medium-sized independent innovation characteristics and the main problems and proposed on the basis of small and medium enterprises to improve the response capability of independent innovation.
