企业的核心竞争力是企业长期或持续拥有的某种竞争优势的能力，企业核心竞争力的培育对于企业的生存和发展至关重要。企业家作为企业的开创者和领袖，他们所具备的一系列企业家精神对企业核心竞争力的培养有怎样的影响一直是引入神思的话题。本文将从企业家创新精神、合作精神、进取精神、担当精神四个方面入手，讨论由此四种精神作用于企业后产生的创新、合作、学习、责任四种价值观对企业核心竞争力培育的影响并给出改良化意见，帮助企业培育和提升核心竞争力。【关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）】企业家精神 核心竞争力 创新精神Abstract
Company's core competence is a long-term or sustained competitive advantage, the cultivation of core competitiveness of enterprises is very important to business survival and development. Entrepreneurs are pioneers and leaders of enterprises. We try to make it clearly that how much effect the spirit of entrepreneurs has. This article focus on the innovation spirit, cooperate spirit, advancement spirit and consecration spirit. The four spirits generate four concept of value: innovation, cooperation, learning and responsibility. We try to find how much does the four concept impact to the generation of company's core competence. We also give our advices to help enterprises to cultivate company's core competence.
