探析雇主品牌对培育企业核心竞争力的意义

【内容摘要】

现代企业正在逐渐转变为人力资本的竞争,而如何把现有的人力资源转化为企业的人力资本,对形成企业的核心竞争力非常迫切,而雇主品牌的建设和加强则是人力资源竞争中取得胜利的关键。雇主品牌有着多方面的卓越的价值体现,对企业赢得和留住优秀人才,进而提高企业的整体竞争优势起着举足轻重的作用。本文先对雇主品牌和核心竞争力概念进行分析的基础上找到两者之间的内在联系,并分析雇主品牌对核心竞争力的重要性,以及中国雇主品牌现状与存在的问题进行分析,最后探索了打造雇主品牌对培育企业核心竞争力的途径。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】雇主品牌 人力资本 核心竞争力Abstract
Modern enterprises are gradually transforming into competition of human capital, thus turning the existing human resources into human capital for business is very urgent on the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, building the employer brand and strengthening human resources are key-points to achieve the victory of competition. The employer brand has a wide range of excellent value reflecting on a company to gain and retain talent people, which in returns to improve the overall competitive advantages.
This dissertation focused on the employer brand and the concept of core competence based on the analysis of the intrinsic connection between these two, Meanwhile it analyzed the importance of the employer brand on  core competences as well as the status of employer branding in China with problem analysis. Finally, it explored the methods to build the employer brand in order to cultivate core competences.
