随着经济全球化步伐的加快，以及市场经济的日益形成，我国国有企业也进入了划时代的扩张阶段，他们的发展壮大已经成为推动我国经济发展的重要动力。因此要推动我国经济的发展，就必须对国有企业进行改革，也就要求我们对国有企业组织结构进行探究。企业组织结构在充分分析企业成长环境和企业发展目标的条件下，研究也在不断地变化和深入。本文通过对现有的企业组织结构存在的问题进行分析，整合出国有企业改革过程中在现代企业制度要求下企业组织结构的创新设计及应用，并根据我国第一汽车集团的组织结构进行案例分析。最后我们希望企业组织结构在实现利润的基础上能够做到有的放矢，从而加快企业的发展和长远目标的实现。【关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）】国有企业 企业组织结构创新
Abstract
With the quickening pace of economic globalization, and the formation of the market economy, China's state-owned enterprises is also entered the epoch-making expansion stage of development, they have become an important driving force for economic development in China. So to promote the economic development of our country, we must reform of state-owned enterprises, and also requires us to state-owned enterprise organization structure inquiry. Enterprise organization structure in full analysis enterprise growth environment and enterprise development goals, under the condition of research are constantly changing and deeply. Based on the existing enterprise organization structure and the analysis of existing problems, the integration of the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises in the modern enterprise system request of organizational structure design and application of innovation, and according to the first automobile group organization structure, case analysis. Finally, we hope in the profit of enterprise organization structure of basis for colleg, thus speeding up the development of enterprises and the long-term goal.
