绩效考核的风险防范及危机处理研究

【内容摘要】

绩效考核作为评价员工绩效的一种方式,受到了越来越多企业的重视。随之,绩效考核中隐含的种种风险和危机也引起了日益多的关注。本文旨在对企业绩效考核风险和危机的基本概念及理论进行分析的基础上,对绩效考核风险防范和危机处理进行系统性研究,为企业解决绩效考核危机提供参考和借鉴。本文的主要研究内容为:首先分析绩效考核风险和危机的成因和影响;其次,在危机发生之前,企业要防患于未然,进行风险防范,包括树立绩效考核风险意识、构建绩效考核危机处理小组、建立预警预控系统;最后一旦企业发生绩效考核危机,必须及时应对,根据危机处理策略采取具体的措施解决绩效考核危机。在危机之后还要进行经验教训的分析与总结。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】绩效考核 风险和危机 风险防范 危机处理Abstract
Performance evaluation , as a way of staff performance appraisal, has caused more and more attention from enterprises. As a result, a variety of hidden risks and the growing crisis has also aroused much attention. The purpose of this paper is to carry out a systematic study of risk prevention and crisis management of performance evaluation based on the related theories. The main research content of this article as follows: firstly ,enterprises should analyse the causes and effects of the crisis; Secondly, before the crisis, businesses need to take preventive measures, including establishing risk awareness to performance appraisal, building a crisis management team and the establishment of early warning pre-control system;finally,once the enterprise crisis, we must respond in a timely manner, according to crisis management strategy to take concrete measures to tackle the crisis in performance appraisal. After the crisis ,businesses should summarize and analyses  the lessons  and  experiences.
