基于绩效的宽带薪酬模型应用研究—以xx钢铁股份有限公司为例

【内容摘要】

在全球经济快速发展的今天,人力资源已成为企业在市场竞争中占据有利地位的决定性因素,随着中国企业经营内外环境的变化和随之带来的挑战性,使得薪酬制度成为企业战略的密不可分的部分,也是建立现代企业制度的关键。以技能和绩效为导向的宽带薪酬制度,将绩效考核引入薪酬体系,简化了薪酬等级,扩大了薪酬浮动范围,有利于提高员工的技能和企业的整体绩效,是我国薪酬制度改革的一个新的趋势。本文从宽带薪酬的内涵出发,综合运用宽带薪酬的有关知识,设计了宽带薪酬体系,并具体应用于到吉林钢铁股份有限公司以期达到一定得理论和现实意义。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】 宽带薪酬 体系 设计 吉林钢铁


Abstract

The rapid development in the global economy today, Human resources has become a competitive enterprise in the market to occupy a favorable position in the decisive factor,With China's internal and external business environment changes and challenges brought, Pay system enables business strategy to become inseparable part of establishing a modern enterprise system is the key. Skills and performance-oriented broadband pay system to pay the introduction of performance appraisal system, to simplify the pay grade, and expand the floating range of the pay will help to improve staff skills and the overall performance of our pay system reform of a new trend.
