An Investigation into Reading Skills of Middle School Students
Abstract: As English becomes the world language, learning English in the worldwide is not a fashion but a real part in life now. In China, students begin to learn English as a compulsory lesson since elementary school and it is as important as our mother tongue in their curriculum. Reading plays a very important role in English learning. Especially middle school English learning, students often have problems in reading. In this paper, the writer conducts an investigation into their problems of English reading skills. Through the questionnaire, students’ problems are listed, classified and analyzed. And the writer manages to find solutions to these problems.

中学生英语阅读技巧的调查
摘要：随着英语成为世界语言，学习英语在世界范围内已不再是流行，而是现实生活中的必要组成部分。在中国，学生从小学就开始学习英语，英语在课程中占据和我们母语同样重要的位置。阅读在英语学习中扮演着重要的角色。尤其在中学英语学习中，在中学生中阅读技巧问题尤为明显。文中作者就中学生英语阅读技巧的问题进行了调查，通过 列举问题作问卷调查分类和分析学生的问题，找到解决办法。
