黑龙江省作为重要的对俄边境省份，黑龙江省在对俄经贸方面尤其处于国内最前沿。据统计，黑龙江对俄贸易、投资、经济合作及劳务的贸易额占到全国对俄贸易总量的五分之一。2006年，黑龙江省对俄进出口总值66.9亿美元，占全省进出口总值128亿美元的52%，占全国对俄贸易额的20%；对俄投资实现8.37亿美元，两年翻了三番。目前，黑龙江省正在推进一大批对俄重点投资项目，在中俄经贸合作领域中占有突出的位置。预计随着中俄经贸合作的不断深化，黑龙江在对俄贸易中的桥头堡作用将愈加显著。随着黑龙江省对外贸易的不断发展，贸易结构的变化和交易规模、投资金额的不断扩大黑龙江省与俄罗斯贸易将会上一个台阶。本文通过黑龙江省对俄罗斯进出口总额、农业、矿业、化工、钢铁业、机械电子业、纺织业、其他轻工业等统计指标，运用了因子分析等方法对黑龙江省近几年来对俄贸易的发展趋势和重点进行了了研究分析，针对黑龙江省对俄贸易方式、投资等几个方面阐述自己的看法。

Abstract
Heilongjiang Province as an important border provinces of Russia, Heilongjiang Province, particularly in the Russian economic and trade at the forefront of the domestic.
