随着改革开放的发展，哈尔滨市的经济也得到了快速的发展，城乡居民的收入每年都有显著的增幅。哈尔滨市2006年的城乡收入比为2.55，比全国低0.73，但是哈尔滨的城乡收入差距正以波浪形式递增，而全国的城乡收入差距已呈现缩小的趋势。同时哈尔滨的城乡收入比值也高于东北三省其他一些大城市。城乡收入差距的扩大单纯用经济增长是很难解释的，它应该是经济发展中自然的、社会的、人为的、体制的等多方面因素共同作用的结果。因此，论文从描述哈尔滨市居民收入现状，到对居民收入差距类型的分析和一系列指标的计算分析，对哈尔滨城乡收入差距和全国城乡收入差距的变动轨迹进行比较。最后分析了哈尔滨市城乡居民收入差距的原因和扩大收入差距的后果，根据上述的分析提出一些关于缩小哈尔滨市城乡收入差距的意见和建议。

Abstract
Along with the reform and open policy development, Harbin's economy also obtained the fast development, the city and countryside inhabitant's income had the remarkable increased range every year.Harbin 2006 city and countryside income compared to is 2.55, is lower than 0.73 the nation, but Harbin's city and countryside income differential is increasing progressively by the wave form, but the national city and countryside income differential has presented the reduction the tendency. Simultaneously Harbin's city and countryside income ratio also is higher than the northeast three province other some big cities.
The city and countryside income differential expansion is purely very difficult to explain with the economical growth, it should be the result which in the economical development natural, the society, artificial, system and so on the various factor affects together.The paper from describes the Harbin inhabitants to receive the present situation, to the inhabitant income differential type analysis and a series of target computation analysis, carries on the comparison to the Harbin city and countryside income differential and the national city and countryside income differential change path. Finally has analyzed the Harbin city and countryside inhabitant income differential reason and the expansion income differential consequence, according to the above analysis proposed some about reduce the Harbin city and countryside income differential the opinion and the suggestion.
