在中国以及国际范围内，农业在整个经济发展中都占据了非常重要的地位。随着科技的进步，“科教兴农”日益成为促进农业发展的主要途径。对山东省农民科技需求进行问卷调查，以SPSS软件进行数据分析，然后与重庆市进行对比分析，发现：重庆与山东农民在从事农业生产的主观意愿、客观文化素质水平、获得的科技供给有差距。提出在重庆山区推行“科教兴农”的具体建议：以增收、转变经济结构来增强农民的农业生产认同感，加强科技文化教育，加强政府科技公共供给。

【Abstract】Agriculture plays a very important role in economic development both in china and in worldwide. With the progress of science and technology, “developing agriculture through science and education” has increasingly become the main approach of promoting agricultural development. The paper put forward some specific suggestions of carrying out “developing agriculture through science and education” in mountain area of Chongqing, trough the analysis of the differences of the famers’ subjective desire in agricultural production and objective conditions as well as the needs and provide of science and technology between Shandong and Chongqing. I also hope that these suggestions can do some help in promoting the development of rural economy of Chongqing mountain area.
