合理有效地保证农村公共物品供给是解决“三农”难题、建设新农村的重要措施之一。通过发放农村科技需求问卷，全面真实地了解山东农村科技供给现状，并运用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。以公共物品理论为理论视角，在山东省农村科技需求状况和特点描述的基础之上，对影响农村科技需求的主要因素进行了实证性分析，针对性的给出了山东省农村走出公共物品科技供给困境的对策与建议。

【Abstract】Rational and efficient supply of public goods in rural areas is one of the most important ways to solve the three agriculture issues and new rural construction. The author has comprehensively researched the realistic situation of the technology application in rural areas of Shandong Province by delivering the questionnaires about technology demands in rural areas, and used the SPSS software to analyze the data. Based on the Public Goods Theory, the technology demand in Shandong rural and all the characteristics, the author has made empirical analysis about the influencing factors of technology demand and also provided the ideas and suggestions towards the dilemma of the public good provision in Shandong rural.
