“体育、艺术2+1”项目是通过学校的课内外体育教育和艺术教育活动，让每个学生都能较好地掌握两项运动技能和一项艺术技能。本课题主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实地考察法和访谈法等，设计、发放了“关于滨州市中小学对“体育、艺术2+1项目”的认识及开展对策的研究的调查问卷”的老师、学生、家长三方面的调查问卷，通过将三方面的调查结果进行汇总，分析了滨州市中小学“体育、艺术2+1项目”开展中存在的问题；制定全面合理的措施，建立科学有效的对策，为滨州市中小学“体育、艺术2+1项目”的开展提供参考，对提高滨州市中小学“体育、艺术2+1项目”的开展和体育课程的改革与创新提供依据。
