现代排球正朝着速度快、技术娴熟、战术多变、对抗激烈的方向发展。一个排球队要想达到或赶超世界先进水平的话，必须拥有非常优秀的二传队员。由此可见，二传队员的作用在整个排球队伍中的地位是非常的重要。同时，对二传队员的培养和训练是一个艰难的任务。一个成熟的二传队员，必须经过刻苦的训练，在技术上、生理上、心理上都要得到质的提升，才能带领全队取得更好的成绩。二传队员是场上的灵魂是进攻的发动者和组织者，二传队员的技术好坏，直接影响比赛结果的胜负，所以，对于二传队员的培养和训练是非常重要的。

Abstract
Modern volleyball are heading for being fast, skilled, tactics-changeable and fierce. In order to catch up with or surpass the advanced world level, a volleyball team must have a very excellent setter. Thus, it is obvious to know the importance of a setter in the whole volleyball team. Meanwhile, it is really a challenging task to train and coach the setters.A mature setter must undertake painstaking training, and achieve a qualitative upgrading technically, physically and mentally in order to lead the whole team to achieve a better performance. The setter is the soul of the field, the organizer and motivator of the onset, whether he is skilled or not directly affect the outcome of the competition.Therefore, it is important to train and coach the setters.
