素质教育 、“健康第一” 和终身教育为思想指导的体育教育课程有了新的视野和选择。新课程为教师的“教学创新”提供了非常广阔的舞台，本文借鉴了自主学习、合作学习的理论，分别选取两种理论的某一部分加以组合构建“自主-合作”教学模式，并在排球垫球教学技术中应用研究。此课题在排球垫球技术教学中的教学应用，教师可以制定合理的教学目标和团队的合作方式，有利于学生充分学习和掌握运动知识、技术和技能，有利于提高学生课堂学习的兴趣和积极性；有利于培养学生团体凝聚力、增强人际关系。谢辞 11

Abstract
Quality education, "health first" and lifelong education for the sports education curriculum guide a new vision and choice. The new curriculum for teachers' "teaching innovation" provided very wide stage, this paper for reference of autonomous learning, cooperative learning theory, we choose the two tries to combine the theory of a certain part of constructing "independent - cooperation" teaching mode in volleyball pad, and the application of teaching technology ball. This topic in volleyball digs teaching in the teaching application, teachers can make rational teaching goal and team cooperation way, help students to learn and master movement full knowledge, technology and skills, to raise students' classroom learning interest and enthusiasm; To cultivate students' group cohesion, enhance interpersonal relationship.
