【内容摘要】

组织能力是指为了有效地实现目标,灵活地运用各种方法,把各种力量合理地组织和有效地协调起来的能力。对滨州学院体育系学生组织能力评价指标的构建的研究可以使滨州学院教育工作者掌握影响滨州学院体育系学生组织能力强弱的因素,有针对性地对学生指导,促进学生组织能力的不断提高;同时也使滨州学院体育系学生能更多地自主组织的活动,这样就能更好地检测影响学生组织能力发展的因素,指导教育工作者调整教学策略。研究大量的文献资料后对体育系学生的组织能力评价体系的创建有了深刻的认识,运用问卷调查法、数据统计法分析影响学生组织能力的指标,构建一套具有可信度和效度的组评价指标体系,为学生组织能力的提高提供科学依据,提高学生组织活动的水平。

Abstract
Organizational ability means that in order to achieve the goal, flexibly using various methods, the various forces reasonable to organize and coordinate effectively the ability. Binzhou college students to fasten the construction of organizational capability evaluation indexes of research can make education workers master binzhou college binzhou college student organization did influence factors of ability strong or weak, pertinently, promotes the student to student guide organization ability are improving; Also make binzhou college students can fasten more autonomous organization's activities, so as to better detection influence factors of student organizations ability development education workers, instruct adjust the teaching strategy. Research literature on the organization did after students ability appraisal system to create a profound understanding of, a questionnaire survey, data statistics analysis the influence the students organizational ability to construct a set of index has credibility and validity evaluation index system, the group for student organization ability the enhancement provided scientific basis for improving the level of student organizations activities.
