近年来 ,海水入侵问题逐渐成为人们关心的焦点之一。文章通过资料搜集与整理，对滨州市的海水入侵状况作了描述与分析，总结了海水入侵的若干特点及海水入侵的成因分析与规律,重点研究深层承压水的环境水文地质条件及海水入侵分布特征、程度、类型、成因和影响，入侵趋势进行预测，得出形成地下水降落漏斗与海（咸）水入侵的根本原因是大量开采地下水造成的，破坏了内陆地下水与海（咸）水固有的水动力平衡关系，产生了海（咸）水入侵。最后提出限采深层地下水等五项防治措施为滨州市合理开发利用地下水资源，保护生态地质环境，为促进经济可持续发展提供科学依据。

Research on the question of utilization of Confined Water in Binzhou City
Abstract
Saltwater intrusion is being one of focuses of people in resent years. This paper analyzes the basic situation, contradiction and development reasons of all stages of the seawater intrusion of Binzhou City. The paper analyses geology and hydrogeology of deep groundwater, the feature and the area of seawater intrusion, and influencing factors and disasters caused by that in Binzhou City. The cause of formation of groundwater depression cones and saltwater intrusion is exploitation of underground water, which damaged the balance of the hydrodynamic .Finally, Based on summarizing the reason of that, we put forward the advices about how to prevent and cure the problem of saltwater intrusion and utilize the underground water environment, to promote sustainable economic development to provide a scientific basis.
