土地是人类社会存在、发展的基础和载体，同时，土地资源还是一种稀缺资源。近年来，随着人口持续增长，工业化、城市化快速发展，土地资源供给的稀缺性和不合理利用已造成一系列的生态、社会和经济问题。为此，将土地资源与其空间分布相结合，从空间适宜性角度深入探讨土地资源地域差异，在此基础上进行土地资源优化配置研究，对区域土地利用规划及各地区制定相应的政策措施具有十分重要的意义。以山东省及其各县、市、区为研究对象，以土地资源空间格局分析为突破口，在遵循土地资源空间分布规律的基础上，按照土地资源空间分布特点、土地适宜利用方向进行区域土地资源优化配置研究，运用地理信息系统对地理空间信息分析和处理，以土地资源空间分析为基础，多度、重要值为依据，进行土地资源空间优化配置。

Abstract
Land is the existence of human society, the development of the foundation and the carrier, at the same time, land resources is also a scarce resource. In recent years, with continued population growth, industrialization, rapid urbanization, land resources and the scarcity of supply have resulted in an unreasonable use of a series of ecological, social and economic problems. For this reason, the spatial distribution of land resources and their combination, explore the suitability of land resources, geographical differences by the perspective of deep space, based on the optimal allocation of land resources study, with very importance to the regional land use planning and regional development of corresponding policies and measures. To study Shandong Province and its counties, analyze the spatial pattern of land resources as a breakthrough point in this study, complying with the laws of the spatial distribution of land resources, basing on the spatial distribution of land resources, in accordance with the characteristics of the direction of the land area suitable for the use of land resources optimize the allocation of research, geographic information systems was used for geo-spatial information analysis and processing, conducted space to optimize the allocation of land resources, based on spatial analysis of land resources, according to abundance, important value.
