山东省耕地资源总量总体呈下降趋势,人均耕地面积下降速度更快,耕地资源状况不容乐观。本文通过对2002年到2007年的耕地面积数据的分析表明，山东耕地资源总体表现出总量大但人均占有量少、地类分布不均、后备耕地资源不足。山东省的耕地数量一直趋于减少，未来一段时间山东省的耕地数量还会减少，这是经济发展和工业化、城镇化进程决定的，但是耕地的下降速度将会变缓。在此基础上对影响耕地变化的原因进行了分析,其中建设占用、农业结构调整是影响耕地数量变化的主要原因。

Although the Shandong Province farming resources total quantity in increases relatively in recent years, but the overall still assumed the declining trend, the average per person cultivated area rate of descent is quicker, the farming status of resources are unoptimistic. Although through the analysis, the Shandong farming resources total body surface appears the total quantity the average amount per capita few, a kind of distribution uneven, the reserve farming resources but are greatly insufficient. To near five year farming data analysis discovery, Shandong Province's farming quantity has tended the reduction, a period of time Shandong Province's farming quantity also will reduce in the future, this will be the economic development and the industrialization, the urbanization advancement decision, but will plant crops the rate of descent will change slow. Since this article Shandong Province's farming resources change situation has conducted the research to 2002, and to affected the farming change the reason to carry on the analysis, facing one must eat meal, two must construct” the social reality, maintained diligently the certain amount and the quality farming has the specially significant significance.
