滨州市作为黄河三角洲的重要城市，近年来由于产业结构的调整以及国家对黄河三角洲的加大开发其迎来了经济发展的重大机遇，本文利用了区域经济学和经济地理学的相关理论在对滨州市现时的经济发展状况及特点进行调查和系统研究的基础上，总结了滨州市市域经济发展存在的问题并找出产生问题的原因，分析了滨州市经济发展条件并结合滨州市的实际情况对解决滨州市经济发展问题的对策进行研究，最后系统的提出了解决滨州市经济发展问题的对策措施，明确了滨州市今后社会经济发展的目标及战略选择，对滨州市今后经济发展具有重要的指导意义，滨州市目前经济发展潜力巨大，如果正确处理经济发展中存在的各种问题必将在一定程度上促进其经济又好又快的发展。

Abstract
Binzhou City, the Yellow River Delta as an important city, in recent years due to the adjustment of industrial structure as well as the increase of the Yellow River Delta to develop its economic development has ushered in a major opportunity, this article made use of regional economics and economic geography of the relevant theory Binzhou City in the economic development of the current situation and characteristics of the investigation and on the basis of the system, summed up the domain in Binzhou City, the problems of economic development and to identify the causes of the problem, an analysis of the conditions of Binzhou City, combined with the economic development of Binzhou City the actual situation in the settlement of Binzhou City, the economic development of the response to the question of research, made the final system to solve the issue of economic development in Binzhou measures to clear the next Binzhou City, the goal of socio-economic development and the strategic choice of Binzhou City, the future economic development important guiding significance, Binzhou City, the enormous potential for economic development at present, if the right deal with the economic development of the various problems that exist in a certain extent, is bound to promote the economic development of fast and good.
