降水变化对农业与经济社会的发展具有重要意义。本文研究滨州市降水量变化及对其进行预测分析，分在时间序列和空间上进行分析。在时间序列上根据降水变率对滨州市降水波动情况进行分析，应用线性回归模型、一次指数平滑、一次滑动平均模型进行预测分析；在空间上利用克里金插值和反距离权重插值进行统计分析，从而在时间域与空间域上分别对滨州市降水量进行分析预测，并根据预测结果初步判断滨州市旱涝情况。

nzhou Changes In Rainfall And Its Prediction Analysis
Abstract
It is important for us to study the change in rainfall on agriculture |and economic for social development .This paper studied Binzhou city and its changes in rainfall forecasting analysis, that is analysis in time series and space. On time sequence of variable rate，it did precipitation analysis according to rainfall fluctuations in binzhou city, and apply linear regression model, a exponential smoothing, a sliding average model forecasting analysis; In the space use ,it did statistical analysis with Kriging Interpolation and Inverse Distance Weighted interpolation, thus in the time domain and space domain，analyze binzhou rainfall respectively, and preliminarily predicted the flood or drought situation in Binzhou city according to the prediction results .
