随着社会和经济的进步，旅游业成为地区经济发展的重要力量。而旅游资源作为旅游业活动开展的客体，是旅游活动的实践载体，旅游资源开发在区域中存在一定的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。滨州市旅游资源丰富，类型多种多样，开发潜力巨大，发展前景广阔。本文运用SWOT分析方法，对滨州市旅游资源开发的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等方面进行了具体分析。在此基础上，提出了滨州市旅游业发展的相应的对策：面对竞争日益激烈的市场，制定适宜的开发战略，加大旅游资源开发力度，化劣势为优势，加强旅游配套设施建设，加大旅游人才培养力度，抓住机遇，减缓威胁，从而为滨州市旅游强市和实现旅游业可持续发展的目标。

The Study of SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures on Developing Tourism Resources in Binzhou
Abstract
With the development of social and economic, the tourism industry becomes an important force. The base of tourism is tourism resources. In the course of developing regional tourism resources, there are certain strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. The city of Binzhou possesses rich tourism resources, which has great potential development. The paper analyses SWOT factors in Binzhou and takes several suit measures to local conditions serve to change disadvantage into advantage and challenges into opportunities. Faced with an increasingly competitive market, Binzhou should develop from all directions and establish itself both in resources and market. Only by this way can Binzhou achieve the sustainable development of tourism resources and turn itself into a powerful tourism city.
