本文在对县域城镇体系理论研究和发展现状认识的前提下，以其中全国百强县之一的山东省邹平县为例，在对该县基本概况研究和认识的基础上，综合分析了该区城镇体系发展的现状；着重研究分析了该地区中邹平县县域城镇体系的“三大结构”，即等级规模结构、职能组合结构和空间地域结构，在此基础上对邹平县城镇体系的结构特点进行了分析归纳；进而提出全国经济发达地区县域城镇体系的结构特征及存在的问题与不足；最后，为以邹平县为代表的经济发达地区县域城镇体系的优化提出合理性的建议：（1）适当抑制大城镇的发展，控制其人口规模，为中小城镇发展提供更多资金、政策方面扶持；（2）进一步明确各个城镇的中心职能，为各个城镇的发展指明方向。

Abstract
Based on the research of system of county town theory and development status of knowledge in the premise，one of the counties in zouping county as an example， the general situation of the study and understanding county， on the basis of comprehensive analysis the present situation of the development of urban system， Mainly studied and analyzed in this area county town system (the “three structure”，namely the rating scale structure，functional structure and geographical spatial structure，based on the structure characteristics of Zouping county town system analyzed induction；Then put the national economic developed area county town system structure characteristics and existing problems； Finally，as represented by Zouping county in the economic developed area county town system of optimizing the rationality of Suggestions： (1) the development of appropriate inhibition large town，control the population scale，for small towns development to provide more funds，policy support；(2) to further clarify the center of each town，for all the functions of urban development direction。
