随着我国村民自治的进一步推广实践，暴露出一些深层次问题，其中最为突出的是自治下的农村党支部与村委会关系不协调问题。在实施村民自治的过程中，如何正确处理好农村党支部与村委会的关系，是乡村治理的一个重要课题。因此正确处理好农村党支部与村委会的关系,既是全面加强农村党组织建设,推进农村民主建设的需要，也是新形势下促进农村经济和社会和谐发展的必要条件。本文着重从农村党支部与村委会不和谐的现状出发，通过对存在的问题及造成问题的原因进行分析，提出正确处理好村党支部与村委会关系的对策及建议。

Abstract
As China's villager self-government to further promote the practice of exposing some deep-rooted problems, which is most prominent is the self-government in rural areas under the smooth relationship between the issue of party branches and village committees. In the implementation of village self-government in the process of how to correctly handle the relationship between the rural party branches and village committees, village governance is an important subject. Therefore, to correctly handle the relationship between the rural party branches and village committees is both comprehensively strengthen the Party organizations in rural areas, promoting democracy and building needs in rural areas, but also the new situation, to promote rural economic and social harmonious development of the necessary conditions. This article focuses on the rural party branches and village committees from the present situation of discord, through the existing problems and the cause of the problem analyzed, and properly handle the relations between the village party branches and village committees countermeasures and suggestions.
