村民自治是中国农民对村庄管理的一种制度创新，是中国现阶段民主建设的起点和突破口。目前，随着村民自治在我国广大农村地区不断推进，一些地区和村民在村委会选举中出现了较为普遍的“冷漠”现象。文章对村委会选举中存在的政治冷漠现象问题进行了剖析，并提出了消除政治冷漠、完善村委会选举的相应政策，旨在提高村民的政治热情。关键词：农村自治；政治参与；民主政治、政治冷漠
Villagers' autonomy is China's farmers to village management, is a kind of system innovation of China's present democratic construction point and breakthrough. At present, with the villagers' autonomy in China's vast countryside in some areas and steadily, the villagers in the village elections appeared more widespread phenomenon of “inhospitality”. Based on the existing village elections political apathy phenomenon problems are analyzed, and proposed the elimination of political apathy, perfecting the village elections relevant policies, aiming at improving the villagers political enthusiasm.
