我国是一个统一的多民族国家，民族问题具有重要性、复杂性和长期性。我国的民族问题处理的很好，这要归功于中国共产党创造性的提出了民族区域自治制度。民族区域自治是中国共产党运用马克思列宁主义解决中国民族问题的基本政策，是国家的一项重要政治制度。实行民族区域自治是根据中国的历史发展、文化特点、民族关系、民族分布等具体情况做出的选择。这是各族人民的共同选择，也是历史发展的必然。内蒙古自治区作为我国第一个省级少数民族自治区，标志着经过理论的探索和实践的验证，民族区域自治制度在我国的确立。内蒙古自治区成立60年来的发展历程，是民族区域自治制度在社会主义中国的成功实践。

Abstract
China is a unified multi-ethnic country, the national issue is of importance, complexity and long term. Our national problem is handled well, thanks to the creativity of the Chinese Communist Party put forward the regional ethnic autonomy system.Regional national autonomy system is the use of Marxist-Leninist Communist Party of China to solve China's basic national policies, is an important political system. The implementation of ethnic regional autonomy is based on China's historical development, cultural characteristics, ethnic relations, ethnic distribution of the choice made by the specific situation. This is a common choice for people of all nationalities, but also the inevitable development of history. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as China's first provincial-level ethnic autonomous region, marks through the exploration of the theory and practice of verification, regional ethnic autonomy system in China to establish. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was established 60 years, the development process is the regional ethnic autonomy system in the successful practice of socialist China.
