群体性事件是我国早已有之的社会问题之一，20世纪80年代之后，因社会利益格局的变化和调整，诸多社会矛盾相继发生和恶化，以人民内部矛盾为主的群体性事件客观上也相继增多，并成为影响我国治安秩序和社会稳定的突出问题。东部地区是改革开放的前沿，改革的利刃已经开始斩向传统的利益格局，致使农村群体性事件频发。这不仅制约了农村社会的发展，而且直接影响到我国的政治稳定和国家安全，甚至制约着改革开放的顺利进行。如何正确对待群体性事件已经成为新的社会课题！本文将从农村群体性事件的形成原因及心理表征来对东部农村地区群体性事件做系统分析，并提出了一些防治思路。

Abstract: Mass incidents in China has long been one of the social problems, the 20th century, after 80 years due to changes in the pattern of social interests and adjustment of the many social conflicts have occurred and deterioration, to contradictions among the people-based groups, events objectively have increased, and with an impact on law and order and social stability of China's outstanding problems.
