素质教育观念下的音乐教师教育

【内容摘要】

素质教育是我国教育方针精神实质的一种教育思想,一种教育理念。而教师素质在素质教育过程中又起着至关重要的作用。教师的素质是指教师在教育教学活动中表现出来的,能够顺利地完成教学任务,决定其教学效果的相对稳定,对学生身心发展有直接而显著影响的心理品质的总和.这个“总和”也就是教师的底蕴和内涵的外在表现,内涵和外在的完美综合才能体现一名优秀教师的真正风范。音乐教师是教师队伍中的一员,根据现代社会的发展形式和大力发展素质教育的观念下,音乐教师也必须严格要求自己。全文通过对音乐教师的创新能力,音乐专业能力,思想道德品质,合作精神以及音乐教师对掌握现代化教学设施的应用能力五个方面的论述,进一步阐述了作为一名音乐教师应该具备的素质。
