研究表明模糊聚类方法对字符识别的正确率有重要的影响，本文提出用基于分解构造的模糊聚类方法设立字符模式的参考向量．说明该方法能提高字符识别的正确率.

Based on fuzzy clustering
Abstract: Fuzzy clustering method has an important affect on the accuracy of character recognition. In this paper, we proposed that with sets up the reference vector of the character pattern based on the decomposition structure's fuzzy clustering method. Explained that this method can enhance the accuracy of the character recognition.
