进入20世纪后，风险管理成为一个独立的系统，有了进一步的发展。本文通过对企业的经营管理中风险分析、风险控制、风险财务以及风险管理决策等几个方面的阐释。进一步理清企业如何分析、控制、处理与转移风险的思路。对企业风险管理的认识，提高企业经营稳定性、增强企业活力具有助益作用。

Understanding of enterprise's risk management

Abstract: After entering the 20th century, risk management became an independent system, and got further development. This text adapts to the explanation in several respects such as risk analysis, risk control, risk financial affairs and risk administrative decision in the management and administration of enterprises. How to analyze, control, deal with and shift the thinking of the risk to further put enterprises in order. Understanding of enterprise's risk management, improve enterprise stability of managing, strengthen enterprise's vigor have function of benefiting.

何谓风险？不同的学者有不同的解释。有的认为风险是一种不确定性，包括不幸事件发生与否的不确定性，损失发生的不确定性，或可测定的不确定性等。有的则认为风险是一种疑虑，包括对客观存在的遭受损害可能性的疑虑，或在一定情况下关于未来结果的疑虑等。这些解释虽都有一定的道理，但似乎都未能准确表达风险的真正含义。风险的真正含义是指引致损失的事件发生的一种可能性。也就是说在某种随机性意外事件发生后，给人的利益造成损失的可能性。企业诞生到结束始终面临诸多风险，如何认识和处理这些风险，已成为企业运作的一个必不可少的环节。
风险管理就是要识别、认识这种可能性存在的内在根据。在正确认识的基础上，采取合理措施，控制其向现实转化所依据的条件，避免和减少可能损失；当已转化为现实后，及时对损失进行经济补偿，以减少间接损失，使再生产过程迅速得到恢复。
风险管理过程按逻辑顺序分为前后相继的三个阶段：风险分析、风险控制和财务风险。
