随着我国人民生活水平的进一步提高，畜牧业得到了迅速发展，饲料的需求量出现供不应求的状况，农作物秸秆是一项巨大的饲料资源，价格低廉，对其进行加工处理后，秸秆的利用率提高，营养价值随之增大。但须粉碎成较柔软的散碎饲料，以增强牲畜的适口性，食用后便于消化，吃后不剩料，提高了秸秆的利用率，降低了饲喂成本。但农村大部分的秸秆都作为燃料而未能得到有效的利用。因此，寻求把秸秆加工成饲料已显得非常重要，但国内目前对秸秆加工利用的专用高效机械还不成熟，而且价格还比较高。因此研制新型秸秆专用加工机械成为畜牧业发展需要解决的迫切问题。该文主要介绍了无筛农作物秸秆粉碎机的设计思想、设计方案、主要零部件的设计要点、主要性能参数的确定，说明了本机的工作原理。本机为小型机，适合我国广大农村个体农户和小型饲料加工厂使用。关键词：无筛 秸杆 粉碎 设计
