双向旋转超细粉碎装置设计

【内容摘要】

本设计在传统辊式破碎机的基础上进行改进,使之实现双向旋转超细粉碎的目的。本文着重阐述粉碎装置、调整装置、保险装置、进料装置、出料装置、分级装置等的工作原理及其相关零件的结构尺寸设计,并合理设计箱体结构以达到强度、密封、美观、装配合理等要求。其中,粉碎装置采用辊筒和花键配合组成一个双向旋转的粉碎腔进行超细粉碎,弹簧装置与调整片的配合实现粉碎粒度的调整及装置的保护,进料装置采用进料槽连接叶轮给料机为粉碎辊筒实现均匀的给料,分级装置采用高压气流腔及高速旋转的分级轮进行分级。另外,在电机的选择时通过准确的计算确定电机的参数,使得能选择合适的电机,达到节能的目的。本装置具有加工范围广,产品粒度均匀,寿命长等优点。关键词:传统,超细粉碎,装配,分级轮
Abstract
This design in traditional roll crusher is conducted on the basis of improvement, To realize two-way rotating ultra-fine comminution purpose. This paper emphatically describes crushing devices, Adjusting device, Insurance device, Feeding device, Discharging device,Grading device and them working principle and its related parts structure size design.And the reasonable design enclosure structure to achieve strength, seal, beautiful, assembling reasonable requirement.Among them,Crushing device adopts roller and composed a bi-directional rotation with spline crushing of superfine crushing cavity,Spring mechanism and adjustment with pieces of the crushing grain size adjustment and realize the protection device,Feeding device adopts feeding trough connection impeller feeder for crushing the rollers realize evenly feeding,Grading device adopts high-pressure air cavity and high speed rotating grading wheels for grading.In addition,When the motor choice by accurate calculate and determine the motor parameters,Make can choose appropriate motor to achieve the goal of energy saving.This device has the processing range,Products of granularity,Advantages of long life.

由设计题目双向旋转超细粉碎装置需要解决两个问题:一、实现机构的双向旋转;二、装置能够实现超细粉碎目的,即使得产品的出料粒度达到微米级别。本设计采用辊式粉碎机的原理进行设计,由电机带动一个辊筒旋转,由于辊筒与辊筒、辊筒与物料间的摩擦,使得另一个辊筒以相反的方向进行旋转,两辊筒之间形成一个粉碎腔,将物料带入粉碎。从而该装置实现双向旋转粉碎功能。又将辊筒表面制造达到平整光滑,使两辊筒间平行度很高,保持两辊筒面间隙较小,则装置能满足超细粉碎功能。
本装置的设计主要用于茶叶的超细粉碎,使其粉碎到粒度为10μm的这一道加工工序。本说明书主要介绍双向旋转超细粉碎装置的设计内容及其步骤。
