随着我国经济的高速发展，社会经济结构不断变化，高等教育的规模迅速扩大。高等教育大众化，大学毕业生人数激增，毕业生就业难的问题随之而来。而对于2009年的大学毕业生来说，就业形势显得比以往更加严峻。去年底，教育部在连续多年作出“就业形势严峻”的判断后，再次发出了“2009年更严峻”的重要提示。在金融危机对实体经济的影响日渐显露之后，大学生“就业难”成为今年的民生难题。[1]到2009年，将会新增610万大学生，而之前待业大学生也已有超过百万，所以，如何更好的促进大学生就业，成为亟待解决的问题。本文将通过对毕业生就业难这一现象的观察，逐步探讨造成这一社会现象的深层的原因，并通过对成因的分析，结合我们所学的社会工作及社会学理论及实践，对如何促进大学生就业这一问题给出自己的几点思考。
