近年来，医务社会工作在内地不断发展起来，医务社会工作者的专业功能及角色定位越来越多地得到更多的关注。本文以脑瘫康复患儿为例，试图从角色这个概念出发，并结合对医务社会工作者角色扮演的简单历史回顾，来探讨医务社会工作者理论上应当扮演的角色（咨询者、促进者、经纪人、倡导者、调解者、监护人）以及实际生活中扮演的角色(经纪人、调解者、合作者、服从者)，并结合医务社会工作者的实际生存、工作环境来探讨其角色困境，目的让读者对医务社会工作者有一个初步认识。关键词：角色 角色扮演 医务社会工作者 角色困境
Study on The Role of Medical Social Workers
Abstract: In recent years, medical social work has been developed in China ,and more and more people have given more attention to the functions of medical social workers .The author attempts to proceed from the concept of the role, and combines with the simple history of the role playing of the medical social workers to explore the medical social workers should be playing the role in theory (conferee、enable、broker、advocate、mediator、guardian)and in real life(broker、mediator、obedience role、subordinate role ).Meanwhile,The author accords to the working environment to find the plight of the role of the medical social workers so as to the development and maturity of medical social workers .
