我国农村养老保障模式有四种，即自我养老、集体养老、家庭养老和社会养老。但是由于我国农村地区经济发展的限制，这四种养老模式都存在一定的问题，面临着不同程度的危机。任何一种单纯的养老模式都不足以承担起农村老年人的养老责任。因此，我们要根据中国现阶段老龄化的特点，在家庭养老的基础上，充分借鉴国外先进经验，积极探索符合我国国情的社区养老模式。社区养老应强化社区照顾中的政府职能，完善社区建设，培养专业化队伍，以满足我国日益增长的养老需求。关键词 社区养老； 可行性； 农村； 养老模式
The Study on Rural Communities of Old-age Models
Abstract There are four types of old-age security model in china's rural areas: self-pension, collective old-age pension, family pension and social pension. However, the economic development of China's rural areas restricts the evolvement of these four old-age modes. Therefore, we must actively explore the condition of our country in line with the old model of the community to meet the needs of our growing endowment.
