艾滋致孤儿童作为社会的特殊弱势群体，逐渐引起社会各界的普遍关注。通过对河南省某阳光家园八名艾滋致孤儿童的个案研究，分析这些艾滋致孤儿童同伴关系现状，发现了他们同伴关系中存在的过分的自我压抑，恋爱问题，网络成瘾中的从众现象，同伴中的攀比之风等问题。结合实际，从社会工作专业的视角出发提出改善艾滋致孤儿童同伴关系现状的建议与对策，主要包括开展个案工作，开展小组工作，防治网络成瘾，开展社区工作。

Children Orphaned by AIDS Status of Peer Relations Research
—On a Sunshine Home in Henan Province Case Study
Abstract Children orphaned by AIDS as a special vulnerable group of society, and gradually drew public attention. In this paper, from a sunshine home of Henan Province of eight children orphaned by AIDS case studies, analysis of children orphaned by AIDS status of peer relations, arrive at the current companion of children orphaned by AIDS that exist in the relationship between excessive self-depression, the issue of secondary school students in love, network the phenomenon of addiction in conformity, peer comparison and so on. In connection with reality, from the perspective of social work to improve children orphaned by AIDS status of their companions carried out the relationship with the countermeasures proposed, mainly including social casework, group work, to carry out the fight against Internet addiction, to carry out community work.
