EQ140型汽车前轮毂消失模铸造工艺分析与研究

【内容摘要】

汽车前轮毂是汽车中的重要零件,我国在开发设计轮毂时由于受到设计、工艺及制造条件的各种限制,尚处在还不先进、类比和经验的传统设计阶段。近年来,随着消失模铸造工艺的不断成熟与发展,其在汽车零件,尤其是形状复杂的轮毂铸造中显示出具有独特的优势。本文首先介绍了消失模技术的发展和汽车轮毂制造的一般特征,通过对消失模铸造技术与其他铸造技术的比较说明了消失模技术的优点。并针对国内外消失模发泡模具的设计制造现状,阐述了汽车轮毂的消失模铸造工艺以及发泡模具的设计研究。系统论述了消失模铸造的关键技术,并利用PROE和AUTOCAD软件完成汽车轮毂实体模型的设计和研究工作,使轮毂产品的设计和工艺技术更合理,从而大大缩短了开发周期,降低了开发成本。

                Abstract
     The front wheel hub is the important parts of auto .In China, because of the limitation of design, technology and manufacture, it is at the not advance ,analogy , experience  traditional design phase. In recent years, with the continues to mature and developed of the lost foam casting process , it has the unique advantage in auto part  especially  in the  wheel hub produce .
     This title first introduce the develop of the lost foam cast and character of auto wheel hub,through compared with other casting techniques to show the advantages of EPC technology. Then focus on the current situation of home and abroad foaming mold designing and producing  , described the lost foam casting process and the design of foaming mold of auto wheel hub. Systematically discuss the key technologies of the lost foam casting .And make use of PROE and CAD software to draw auto wheel hub model and finish the design and research work of mold .After that, make the product design and technology more reasonable .Finally  reduce the development cycle and cost.
