车间设施平面布置对整个生产系统的物流、信息流、生产能力、生产效率、生产成本以及生产安全有很大影响，优良的设施布置是提高生产系统效益的重要源泉和手段，是改善生产系统整体功能、实现现代化管理和先进生产方式的前提和基础，是保证北汽福田市场竞争力的优良途径。本文利用设施规划系统布置设计技术SLP，结合北汽福田总装车间实际情况，采用SLP对系统进行分析和优化，进行物流分析，经过分析得到作业单位相互关系表；根据相互关系表中作业单位之间相互关系密切程度，决定各作业单位的位置，绘制出作业单位位置相关图，形成作业单位面积相关图；之后得到两个可行的布置方案；最后采用加权因素对各方案进行评价择优，选出最佳的布置方案。
