SLP模式在xx汽车装配车间规划与设计中的应用

车间设施平面布置对整个生产系统的物流、信息流、生产能力、生产效率、生产成本以及生产安全有很大影响,优良的设施布置是提高生产系统效益的重要源泉和手段,是改善生产系统整体功能、实现现代化管理和先进生产方式的前提和基础,是保证北汽福田市场竞争力的优良途径。本文利用设施规划系统布置设计技术SLP,结合北汽福田总装车间实际情况,采用SLP对系统进行分析和优化,进行物流分析,经过分析得到作业单位相互关系表;根据相互关系表中作业单位之间相互关系密切程度,决定各作业单位的位置,绘制出作业单位位置相关图,形成作业单位面积相关图;之后得到两个可行的布置方案;最后采用加权因素对各方案进行评价择优,选出最佳的布置方案。
