随着人类传播方式和传播媒介的不断发展和日益丰富，人际传播活动出现了不同的阶段。特别是近年来，电脑的普及和互联网的快速发展，传统的人际传播手段和传播方式在信息化的影响下发生了历史性的变化。一种全新的传播方式——网络人际传播已成为现代人们重要的传播方式之一，也成为人际传播的一个重要组成部分，为现代人际传播开辟了崭新的空间。网络人际传播作为网络中的主流传播形态，对网络传播的发展起着重要的作用，可以说网络人际传播是对传统人际传播的一种补充与超越。本文将从传统人际传播模式入手，叙述人际传播模式的发展及网络人际传播；第二章分析网络虚拟环境中的人际传播模式，展示其独有的传播特点以及特殊的传播效果；第三章在前两章理论的基础上，展现网络人际传播在商业和社会民主化进程中应用及其对社会发展产生的巨大影响。

Abstract
With the development of intercourse media and means，the Interpersonal communication enters different evolution stages. Especially in the latest years, the wide spread of the computer and the rapid development of the Internet has brought a historic substantial to people’s intercourse means and modes. Intercourse of the Internet has already become an important part in real interpersonal dealings. As a brand-new mode, it has brought new ground for the modern human intercourse.
As a main dissemination shape on Internet , the intercourse of the Internet is a supplement and surmounting to the tradition interpersonal communication, it is play a vital role in the development of the Internet communication. This paper will start from the definition of interpersonal communication pattern, then narrative the development of it and descript the intercourse of Internet. In the chapter two, I will analysis the Interpersonal communication pettern with the hypothesized environment on Internet and show its sole possession of characteristic and the special dissemination effect.And at last, I will present the application of the Internet comminication in commercial and social democratic advancement .
