现阶段，市场竞争越来越激烈，各个行业都已经认识到了控制成本的重要性，而农产品物流作为全社会物流的重要组成部分，它的发展与经济的可持续发展密不可分，因此控制农产品物流成本的认识也更加深刻，尤其是农产品物流配送成本的控制也随之成为一个重要的研究领域。本文从配送成本控制的角度，在参阅大量相关文献的基础上，对影响农产品配送成本的关键因素进行了分析，进而提出并分析了农产品配送运作的几种方案，最后，用一种综合评价模型即层次分析法选择了一种农产品配送的最优方案。最优方案是综合在配送过程中的几个重要费用来综合评价的，能够控制农产品在配送过程中产生的成本，提高物流效率，提高整个区域农产品的竞争力。

At present,with the development of the society and technology,competition becomes more fiercer.All trades has realized the importance of cost control.Logistics for agricultural products is an important part of the whole logistics.Its economic development and sustainable development are inseparable.So controling the costs of agricultural products are more profound,especially controling the cost of farm produce logistics distribution becomes an more important area of research.
In order to control the cost of distribution,this article lay the foundation of a large number of relevant documents, and analyses the key factors which influence the cost of distribution.Then the author have put forward several schemes for distribution operation mode.Finally,the author choose a comprehensive evaluation model,analytical hierarchy process,to select the distribution of agricultural products. The scheme is combine several important cost in the distribution process to evaluate the overall.Which able to control the cost in the process of distribution,increase the efficiency of the logistics,raises the agricultural competitiveness of the whole region.
