高校志愿者组织发展问题研究—以xx学院为例摘要我国青年志愿者组织在短短几十年的时间里迅速发展壮大，给社会的物质、精神文明建设带来了巨大的变化。当前，大学生在志愿服务活动中正日益发挥着重要作用。本文依据我国志愿者组织的产生的历史背景和发展状况，结合志愿者、志愿服务、志愿精神三者的联系，从目前志愿者组织的现状中，以电子科技大学中山学院为例，联系实际，结合中山学院志愿者参与慈善万人行活动的实际情况分析，以及自己在红十字会的经历，探讨志愿精神及志愿者组织在大学的发展状况，分析志愿者组织在发展中存在的问题及成因，对志愿服务发展提出合理化建议，并探索其今后发展的方向。从而在全社会弘扬志愿精神，促进志愿服务事业的蓬勃发展，为构建社会主义和谐社会贡献出自己的一份力量。

Abstract
China youth volunteer organizations grows quickly in the time a few decades, has brought great changes to social material and spiritual civilization construction . Currently, college students played an important role in voluntary service & unique increasingly . Based on the volunteer organizations in China the historical background of the emergence and development condition, combined with volunteers, volunteer service, the voluntary spirit from the current contact, according to the present situation of volunteer organizations, To University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,Zhongshan Institute for example,with practice, combining zhongshan university charity million volunteers pedestrian activities, and the actual situation in their analysis, this paper discusses the experience of the Red Cross volunteer spirit and volunteer organization in university, analyzes the development status in developing volunteer organizations, the problems and reasons of voluntary service development, and Suggestions to explore the future development direction. In the whole society to carry forward the voluntary spirit, promote voluntary service career of booming development, for the construction of a socialist harmonious society to contribute an own strength.
