中山农村基层组织公信力问题的研究摘要农村基层组织是政府政策的直接贯彻者和实施者，也是新农村建设的组织者、推动者和实践者。但是，当前一些农村基层组织的公信力较弱，突出表现在政策公信力、行为公信力、绩效公信力、人格公信力等方面存在问题。各地农村基层组织都应该把公信力建设作为一项长期性系统性工程来抓。只有正确认识农村基层组织的现状，寻求出加强和改进农村基层党组织建设的对策，才可以进一步提升农村基层党组织的执政能力，从而完成建设社会主义新农村的重大的历史任务。
