论新闻传播中公众知情权与隐私权的平衡摘要在新闻传播业迅猛发展的当代，新闻报道越来越多介入社会生活，新闻侵权案件越来越多地影响人们的生活。从知情权和隐私权的宪法地位和实施现状来看，二者之间存在的矛盾不是无法化解的，最重要的就在于分清二者间的界限，保证在获知公共事件的知情权下，不去侵犯无关公众利益的个人隐私权。对公众知情权与隐私权的传播进行平衡，找到新闻传播中公众知情权的价值利益，对比个人隐私权的价值利益，找到二者之间并不完全冲突的原因 ，帮助公众辨别知情权的界限，保证新闻不侵犯隐私权。遵守公众利益优先原则，使公众知情权和公民隐私权各自找到自己的临界，保证新闻传播业务的和谐健康发展。

Abstract
In the era that the rapid development of journalism, the fact that news reports intervention the social life more and more. From the position of the constitution for the right to know and the right to privacy, the contradictions of the both two can be dissolved , the most important thing is to fig out the limits of the right to know. Be sure that the news reports didn’t infringement the right to privacy. News infringement influences the daily life more and more. In the balance that the right to know and the right to privacy in the process of news spread, we’ve found the value and benefit of the right to know, contrast of the value of the right to privacy, than seeked out that the conflict of the both, advocates the government to arrange some measures to monitor the journalism .the journalists should be have some training to ensure they would become more smart ,to help the public distinguish the limits of the right to know, not to infringe upon the right to the privacy. Abide by the principle of the benefit of the public, the both rights can find their own concessions, to make a harmonious environment to the social life.
